  • 1.) Responsibility for Missed Flights: Infinity Sleeping Pods Management shall not be responsible if any passenger oversleeps and misses their onward flight.
  • 2.) Pre-payment Requirement: This is a pre-paid service, and guests are required to pay prior to their stay, not at checkout time.
  • 3.) Damage Charges: Passengers shall be charged for any damages made to the physical assets of the facility.
  • 4.) Overstay Charges: Passengers shall be charged for any overstay period as per the approved price list.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: The management reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the website:

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  • 1.) There are two types of bookings: Refundable and Non-refundable
  • 2.) Refundable bookings can be refunded only as per the cancellation policy.
  • 3.) Non-refundable bookings shall not be refunded.
  • 4.) 50% refund applicable for cancellations made within 72 hours of booking.
  • 5.) To request a refund, passengers must email info@transitpodservices.com with their booking and flight details and the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 working days upon approval by the reservations team.

  • 3.) Any travel agent or OTA platforms such as Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda.com, etc. (As and when available under the name (Infinity Sleeping Pods)
  • 4.) Binding Agreement: These Terms and Conditions shall be binding to all bookings made via any multiple booking source.
